Mr Allouni did an operation on a large lump on the back of my neck which was causing me discomfort and pain. He took time to explain everything to me and was very supportive throughout the procedure. He did a fantastic job and it has made a big difference since having it done. I would recommend his work anytime. I would not hesitate going to him again, if I needed to, in the future.

I came to Mr Allouni after I had a breast augmentation in Turkey, with implants that didn’t fit my frame and a shape that I was very unhappy with. The result I got, really affected my confidence and so I went to see Mr Allouni at the Duchy Hospital.
Mr Allouni is very easy to talk to, friendly and approachable. He has excellent knowledge and also had the 3D imaging which allowed me to look at possible outcomes of the procedure which was very impressive.
After going through all the options over a couple of appointments, I opted for removal of implants and an uplift (mastopexy) surgery.
I am over the moon with the result and also the care I received from the hospital and Mr Allouni. With amazing aftercare and regular contact/ follow up appointments I felt in safe hands.
I have a new found confidence in my appearance and I would urge anyone considering plastic surgery to see Mr Allouni for his advice and friendly service. There is no pushy sales or confusing explanations. He takes time to listen to your concerns, and what you hope as an outcome of having surgery.

Mr. Allouni recently removed a large lipoma from my back under local anaesthesia. He and his team at Trent Cliffs Private Healthcare were so caring and friendly and put me completely at ease. Mr Allouni talked me through the procedure all the time. On each of the three occasions that I have seen him, Mr Allouni took care to explain matters very clearly. He is a highly skilled surgeon and possesses a kind and gentle manner. I count myself very fortunate to have been under his care for my operation.
Mr Allouni performed a DIEP flap reconstruction while I had a single mastectomy in April this year, due to a breast cancer diagnosis.
As a mother of 4, he was honest and advised me the recovery would be hard, especially with a toddler, but due to his honesty, we as a family were prepared.
The surgery went well, although I developed a whole host of complications that are usually reserved for the 1-3% of patients. My flap failed, so I was taken back to surgery, and then again to save the flap, which he did – 3rd time lucky!
I then developed some issues with healing and seromas, so a further surgery was required to “put me back together” again. He and his team were reassuring, friendly and kept me up to date at all times.
I truly felt like he cared. Every time I visited the plastic dressings department he wanted to be informed of how I was, or he would pop in to check my wounds, and advise on if a wound vac was needed etc. He is a magnificently skilled surgeon, but the fact that he makes you feel important and valued makes such a difference to the care you receive and that goes for the entire team over this whole process.
I won’t have further plastics consultations for several months now, while I have additional treatments for cancer, but I look forward to seeing Mr Allouni again to complete my reconstruction in the New Year. It will be a New Year, new me! Thank you so very much.
Mr Allouni was extremely efficient and dealt with my Basal Cell Carcinoma very effectively, resulting in very little scarring. He was clear and precise in terms of my treatment plan and I felt that I had excellent service.
I went in for my breast reconstruction from my tummy and the results were amazing. My treatment is still on going. He is such a lovely man to talk to. Whenever I asked any question, he made me feel at ease.
Mr Allouni took over the majority of my care from another doctor and did a double mastectomy with DIEP flap reconstruction. I have a diagnosis of ASD and anxiety. Mr Allouni went out of his way to reassure me all through this procedure. He had seen me without an appointment. While I was staying in the hospital, they made sure that I was in a quiet ward on my own which was just what I needed after this operation so I had time to process what was happening. All in all, the whole team at Castle Hill are fantastic and I could not ask for anything more.
I could not recommend Mr Allouni enough! I have had a long journey since my initial breast cancer diagnosis and it has been a rollercoaster ride of different surgeries and procedures. My first meeting and consultation with Mr Allouni came as a pleasant and welcome surprise when he asked me what I ideally wanted as an outcome. It was a great comfort to feel listened to and to feel heard!! We discussed at length what were realistic expectations, what could be achieved, what couldn’t and then went ahead with the procedure. Following this, for the first time I finally feel happy with the outcome and more myself again. I am sure a lot of this is not only to do with the amazing work that he has done, but also the amazing personal, kind and considerate care Mr Allouni gives. Thank you doesn’t seem enough!!
Mr Allouni performed a single mastectomy with DIEP flap reconstruction on me 8 weeks ago & I am so happy with my results, everything looks amazing & so much better than I ever expected.
A cancer diagnosis is such a scary experience, especially with a teenage daughter who I care for alone. My recovery was vital but Mr Allouni has been there at every step of the way, allaying my worries & keeping check on every problem I have had. Both myself & my daughter will be ever grateful to him.
The whole hospital experience was seamless. The whole surgery team, physiotherapists & nurses were so reassuring & worked together to make a horrible experience the very best it could be.

Mr Allouni was so polite, caring and understanding. I have been seen by Mr Allouni a number of times since my surgery, including my stay in hospital. He had put me totally at ease, advised me on what was best for my surgery and on what would probably be best for my further treatment. I could not have felt more comfortable. Ammar Allouni literally saved my foot after an operation to fuse my ankle which went wrong and also after a failed skin flap. Ammar took over my case and operated to save my ankle and foot with a very successful skin flap operation. Ammar from the very start helped me come to terms with the situation and reassured me that he would be successful in helping me. An excellent surgeon working with his partner Mr Kanakopowles looked after me and help me through a very difficult and challenging 5 months. Thank you both for your help.

It would be impossible for me to have had any better care!! Mr Allouni performed a single mastectomy and immediate DIEP, and he is just wow! He is so skilled and compassionate and cares about his patient so much. There were little issues, and he was there checking on me twice a day. Every person has commented on how neat his work is. Credit to his fantastic team, who gave me great care and attention too. My procedure is still a work in progress, and I can’t wait to see the finished result over the next year or so. Mr Allouni is very kind and explains everything pre surgery. He is amazing.
I would more than recommend this doctor. I was left with an open wound after a car accident which had unfortunately got infected. I left this for 11 weeks until I was transferred from Scunthorpe to Hull care. Mr Ammar Allouni was unbelievable. He urgently rushed me into the next available slot so that my leg could be operated asap, even with ongoing covid restrictions. I have never been so happy about the advice and support I have received from him and his team. With my mental health condition, I needed a lot of reassuring which I got and more from him and his team. Since the skin graft/ flap been placed over my ankle I have had nothing but the full care possible. Seeing the amazing work from him and his team that they have achieved is really mind blowing.

I found Mr Allouni to be a very nice consultant who was willing to listen to my concerns. He performed lypomodelling and scar revision in December 2020. His work was excellent, I felt that I could speak to him openly without embarrassment, which is a comfort when having breast surgery. I look forward to my next operation with him to create 3D nipples as part of my reconstruction, I’m sure he will continue to do an amazing job.
I was referred to Mr Allouni from the local Minor Injury Unit following a finger trauma. The whole team was very efficient. Mr Allouni took time to explain the extent of the damage and he discussed with me what he felt needed to be done. He explained that I needed surgery under local anesthesia. The surgery was done that same morning by Ms Riyat. Throughout the whole process from the reception staff, to nursing team, consultant and the doctor who operated, I feel I have received excellent care, was involved in the decision making and kept me informed throughout. I was given clear advice on discharge. Everything was very clean, and I felt safe. I would definitely recommend the plastic surgeon team at HRI under Mr Allouni.
This doctor, and his 2 nurse assistants, were thoroughly professional and kind. Mr Allouni alleviated my nerves, explained the procedure, and tolerated my obviously anxious chattering throughout. I felt safe and confident at all times. We managed a few laughs too. He is an empathetic guy. It was my pleasure to having him. He showed respect for his nurse companions too. They made a very good team.
Mr Ammar is very friendly and put me at ease during my procedure. He carried out the minor operation very efficiently and gave good advice to all my questions. He is very approachable. I have suffered no ill effects and I am extremely satisfied with the care from the whole team including the nurses, Hayley and Donna, who where equally knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
